The following is the double backup setting of different parts of the display, that is, we usually say redundancy setting, through the artificial redundancy configuration to improve the stability of the display.

Receiver card double backup configuration: Receiver card configuration there are two configuration options, a single-line redundancy, the principle of its operation is to send signals through the forward under normal circumstances, in the case of a failure of the main line in the forward direction, automatically detect abnormalities, and then change to send signals from the tail end of the receiver card. The other is a dual-line redundant configuration, through the two sending card + a control card configuration program, the two receiving cards from each independent display unit to control the two ends, the principle is equivalent to the above single-line redundancy program, the case largely improves the stability of the display, but double the amount of sending cards, while the number of monitoring cards also increased a lot.

Switching power supply double backup: set up two switching power supply, when one of the switching power supply abnormalities, the other switching power supply actively carry the power supply of all devices.
